askSam http://www.asksam.com has just released a free searchable database for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) http://www.asksam.com/ebooks/HIPAA/. The HIPAA database is browsable by page or by section. The sections are listed in the Table of Contents. There is also a "search" box where you can input keywords using Boolean logic, wildcards and phrases (click "Instructions" for examples).
